Repair of Defective Products:
If you discover what you believe to be a product defect for Livestream Hardware, please contact Livestream Support within one (1) year of the original date of purchase by visiting the Livestream Support page below and opening a support ticket.
If Livestream Support determines that your product has a defect and is within the warranty period, Livestream will issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number and specific return instructions. All returns must be shipped with an RMA number visibly printed on the outside of the return packaging. Any product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer.
Warranty repair services are initiated at the Livestream facility in New York, NY. Customer will pay for warranty repair shipments to the Livestream facility in New York. Livestream will pay for return shipment via ground service to U.S. and Canada based customers only. Customers outside of the U.S. and Canada will pay for return shipment (including any taxes and duties). If the customer requests expedited shipping, customer will pay the entire return shipping charge.
Livestream shall within two weeks of receipt of returned products provide a report to customer detailing those products accepted under warranty and any that are not accepted under warranty due to physical damage or improper use. Livestream will use its best efforts to repair defective products as quickly as possible with turnaround time (time for repair after receipt of units) to be six (6) weeks or less from receipt at the Livestream facility. If there is no defect or Livestream finds that the defect is due to customer abuse or negligence, Livestream will return the product back to customer and customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
For non-warranted repairs, Livestream shall report to customer an estimated time to repair, and shall not proceed with repairs until such time that customer has provided approval for said repairs. For problems due to incorrect use of the product, or factors external to the product, or repairs for unwarranted units, Livestream shall repair at a separate cost borne by the customer.
